If you require kayak support elsewhere in the UK, please contact us for bespoke prices.
You need to be able to swim at least 1km comfortably. This ensures that you're prepared for the endurance swim support and can benefit fully from the session.
The team offers the only swimming holiday in the Lake District that features fully coached activities with experienced and qualified coaches. Their sessions are fully risk-assessed, insured, and adhere to the strict environmental guidelines of the Lake District National Park, so you can trust that your safety and enjoyment are the top priorities.

Neil was great…guided us clearly and encouraged us before, during and after. We felt safe and confident due to his presence and had a really enjoyable time. We were a bit nervous at first but are so glad that we did it. What a fantastic experience.
