A full day aboard the Raffaelli 37 gives you the freedom to enjoy the coast at a pace that suits your group. Departing from Amalfi, this private experience focuses on comfort, space, and the ability to shape the day around where you want to go and how you want to spend your time.
Meeting takes place in Amalfi, where you’ll be welcomed at the harbour and guided on board the Raffaelli 37. After a short introduction and safety briefing, your skipper sets off along the chosen route for the day, such as cruising towards Capri or following the coastline between Amalfi and Positano. From the start, the atmosphere is unhurried, with plenty of space to sit in the shade or stretch out on deck as the coastline comes into view.
Throughout the trip, the skipper will suggest suitable locations for swimming and snorkelling, depending on sea conditions. These stops are spaced naturally through the day, allowing time to swim straight from the boat, relax in the water, or simply enjoy a break before heading on. Drinks and light snacks are available on board, making it easy to settle into a steady rhythm without needing to watch the clock.
Later in the day, the balance between cruising and stopping can be adjusted to suit your group. Some guests prefer longer swims or more time relaxing on deck, while others enjoy covering more distance along the coast. The return journey to Amalfi is smooth and calm, rounding off the day with time to unwind and take in the final views from the water.
Departure is from Amalfi harbour, centrally located and easy to reach from nearby accommodation and transport links. Starting here allows quick access to both the open sea and the dramatic coastline that defines this part of southern Italy.
Routes from Amalfi offer varied scenery, from open stretches of water to close-up views of cliffs, coves, and coastal towns that are best appreciated from the boat.
This experience works well for couples, families, and private groups travelling together. Children are welcome on board but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
Guests should be comfortable stepping on and off the boat with minimal assistance. Anyone with mobility concerns or specific needs should consider these in advance to ensure the day remains relaxed and enjoyable.
Private departures mean the day is shaped around the group rather than a fixed timetable. Skippers adjust routes, stops, and pacing based on conditions and preferences, creating a more personal experience on the water.
With space for up to 12 people, this boat suits larger groups who want to travel together without feeling crowded, combining comfort with the flexibility of a private trip.
The price is charged per group rather than per person, making this a good option for families or friends travelling together. Whether there are a few of you or a full group of 12, the cost remains the same for the selected route.
This setup often works out better value for larger groups compared to booking multiple smaller boats or per-person tours.
When booking, you can select a preferred route such as heading towards Capri or cruising along the Amalfi–Positano coastline. The skipper follows this general plan while adapting the timing and stops during the day.
This gives structure to the experience without locking you into a rigid schedule once on the water.
The Raffaelli 37 is designed to accommodate groups comfortably, with generous seating, sunbathing areas, and shaded space. Even with a full group on board, there is room to move around and relax.
Having this space makes longer days at sea far more comfortable, especially when travelling with mixed ages.
While the main route is chosen in advance, the skipper can adjust how long you spend cruising, swimming, or relaxing on board. If your group wants more time in one place and less in another, this can usually be accommodated.
This flexibility is one of the main advantages of booking a private boat rather than a shared tour.
Swimming and snorkelling stops are included whenever sea and weather conditions allow. The skipper selects suitable locations where the water is clear and safe for stopping.
Equipment is provided on board, so you can make the most of these breaks without bringing your own gear.
Yes, this option is often chosen by groups with a wide age range. The boat offers shade, seating, and a steady ride, which suits guests who prefer a more relaxed pace.
Parents appreciate the space and flexibility, while others enjoy the chance to swim, sunbathe, or simply take in the views without rushing.
