Cancún
You'll find us in Cancún and the wider Riviera Maya, where we connect travellers with boat days, reef snorkelling, jungle adventures, cenote swims, and culture-rich excursions from Tulum to Isla Mujeres. Whether you want a shared catamaran with open bar, a private ruins tour, or an ATV and zip-line combo with hotel pickup, we focus on clear logistics, friendly guides, and experiences that suit families, couples, and groups.
Our reservations team works in English and Spanish to confirm pickup times, answer questions before you travel, and match you with the right activity for your dates. Every experience is run with licensed operators and safety briefings where the activity demands it, so you can relax and enjoy the Caribbean coast and Mayan heartland with confidence.

Reef and lagoon snorkelling on the Cancún and Riviera Maya coast, with masks and fins fitted before the first swim. The guide explains the signals and how long you will be in, and says it again if the next entry is different. We pick you up and bring you back.
Hotel pickup, then a fitting, then the water. Reef and lagoon are both salt, but the entry and the depth change, so the guide repeats the signals when you arrive at the second stop instead of assuming you memorised them on the beach.
You move with the group, snorkelling with the guide nearby, and a fin that slips gets refitted before the next swim. When the planned stops are done, the same vehicle takes you back to your hotel.
The stops sit on the coast you are already staying on, lagoon and reef a short boat ride apart, which keeps the day about the swimming. The guide picks the moorings for the morning's wind and tells you before you get in.
You come out where you went in, and the guide counts masks and people before anyone wanders off for a towel. Between swims you stay with the group, fins dumped where they show you.
Come ready for sun between swims, and you will need to be at least 5 years old. A hat, sun cream and water make the gaps on the beach or the boat much more pleasant.
Be comfortable in a life jacket and able to follow the guide in the water. The crew stays close, calls everyone out together, and counts the group before the boat or the van moves.
Fins, masks and the life jacket are fitted where someone can see them, and you snorkel with the group instead of as a scatter of heads. If the first fitting is off, they would rather lose a minute on the beach than a fin on the reef.
The day is snorkelling, and the time goes into the water and the easy moves between stops. If one reef spot is closed they use another and explain it before you kit up, so you are not left hunting for the next place.
Hotel lobby pickup applies on routes that include transport; be ready at the stated departure time with photo ID for children if parks require it.
Self drivers receive meeting point coordinates and parking notes from the operator ahead of the activity date.
Wear swimwear, and bring a t-shirt, a hat and a towel for the time out of the water. Biodegradable sun cream is the right choice around the reef and the cenotes.
Sandals or water shoes that stay on are easier than shoes you have to keep taking off. A dry layer is useful for the drive or the boat.
You should come ready for reef and lagoon snorkelling. Most of the time is outside, so the heat is as much a part of the day as the activity itself.
Take water when you need it, and tell the guide at the start if you want a slower place in the group. That is much easier than trying to catch them once everyone is already moving.
A meal is not part of this visit, so eat beforehand and bring water with you. A snack in your bag is useful if you get hungry between stops.
Bring more water than you expect to drink if you are out over the middle of the day. A hat makes the sunny stretches much easier.
Light rain does not usually stop the visit. Lightning, a rough sea or a track that is too soft can shorten or move a section, and the guide explains that before you continue.
You will hear the change before you kit up for the next part. The group stays together while that decision is made.
Anyone taking part needs to be at least 5 years old, and children need an adult with them. The guide will say before a section starts if it is not suitable for someone in your group.
They need to be able to listen to the safety talk and stay with the group. The same briefing applies to adults and to children.
You should be comfortable wearing a life jacket and following the guide in the water. You do not need to be a strong swimmer.
The guide stays nearby and calls the group out together. If you would like to stay closer to the entry, say so before you get in.
You can bring a phone or a camera if it is secure and you can spare a hand. Ask the crew before you attach anything to a helmet, a harness or a handlebar.
If someone is taking photos for the group that day, the crew will say so when you arrive. They will also tell you where to collect them afterwards.
If a ruin, a reserve or a beach asks for a local payment, the guide explains it before you get to the entrance. It helps to have a little cash with you in case that happens.
Tips for the crew are your own choice at the end of the day. The guide is the person to ask if you are not sure what a site is asking for.
Bring a dry bag for a phone and anything else you want to keep dry. Ask the crew when you arrive if there is somewhere to change and leave a bag.
Put your name on anything you set down. The group moves between stops, and bags are easy to mix up.
A phone in a waterproof pouch is the simplest option on a boat or in the water. Ask the crew before you strap a camera to a helmet or a machine.
Drones and flash are often not allowed near wildlife or at the ruins. Follow what the guide and the site ask on the day.
