When you arrive at Evdilos, you’ll travel by air-conditioned vehicle to Agios Dimitrios, where the hike through Randi’s Forest begins. Wander beneath centuries-old trees along shaded paths, breathing in the fresh forest air. During the hike, a picnic break provides time to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings before continuing deeper into the woodland.
After the forest hike, you will head to Magganitis for a short boat trip to Seychelles Beach. On arrival, enjoy swimming or snorkeling in the sea caves, where vibrant marine life and clear waters create a unique coastal experience. Guides ensure safety while giving tips on how to get the most out of your time in the water.
The adventure concludes with lunch in either Magganitis or Akamatra, where you can taste traditional Ikarian dishes prepared with local ingredients. Reflect on the day’s explorations during the scenic drive back to Evdilos, arriving with memories of forest trails, crystal-clear waters, and authentic village life.
Randi’s Forest is located near Agios Dimitrios and offers shaded woodland trails, quiet picnic spots, and scenic views of the surrounding hills. Seychelles Beach is accessible by boat from Magganitis, with sea caves and clear waters ideal for swimming and snorkeling.
Magganitis and Akamatra are traditional villages known for their warm hospitality and locally sourced cuisine. You will travel through rural roads, vineyards, and coastal paths, enjoying a mix of natural and cultural scenery in small groups for a personalised experience.
You should be comfortable walking on moderate forest trails and stepping in and out of a boat. Hiking shoes, sun protection, and layered clothing for changing weather are recommended. Swimmers should bring towels and sandals for beach stops.
