Continue to an optional Pilates session set in a quiet outdoor area near Pigi. A certified trainer will guide gentle stretches and movements aimed at relaxation, strength, and flexibility. After the session, travel to a nearby monastery to learn about its history and cultural significance, connecting spiritual practices with the island’s daily life and wellness approach.
Conclude the day at the Karimalis family winery, where you will taste locally produced organic wines and enjoy a vegetarian lunch made with seasonal ingredients. Walk through the vineyards while the guide explains traditional farming practices and local culinary techniques. You should be able to manage gentle walking and basic stretching activities. Comfortable clothing suitable for walking, Pilates, and outdoor conditions is recommended, along with a towel, sandals, sun protection, and layers for weather changes.
If you have mobility concerns or specific health conditions, contact the team before booking. Infants under 4 are welcome without meals, and children should be supervised throughout the day, particularly at the beach, Pilates session, and winery.
