Pedal through one of the most scenic forest landscapes in the Catalan Pyrenees on this guided e-MTB experience from Tírvia. Combining mountain tracks, panoramic viewpoints and rich wildlife habitats, this route offers an excellent introduction to the natural beauty of the Pallars Sobirà region.
Your experience begins in the traditional mountain village of Tírvia, where you'll meet your guide, receive a briefing and become familiar with your electric mountain bike. After final checks, you'll set off along a wide forest track that gradually climbs into the heart of the Virós Forest, one of the most important woodland areas within the Parc Natural de l’Alt Pirineu.
As you gain height, the route passes through extensive forests of black pine and fir, creating a peaceful mountain environment that feels far removed from busy tourist areas. The electric assistance helps make the climbing more manageable, allowing you to focus on the scenery and enjoy the journey at a comfortable pace. Along the way, your guide will share information about the area's wildlife, forestry history and mountain traditions.
One of the highlights of the ride is reaching the Gall Fer Refuge, a rustic wooden shelter surrounded by forest. This provides an excellent place to stop, rest and appreciate the natural surroundings before continuing towards the Farro Viewpoint. Here, the landscape opens up to reveal expansive views across the Cardós Valley and the surrounding Pyrenean peaks.
After taking time to enjoy the viewpoint, the route follows the forest track back towards Tírvia. Depending on conditions and group ability, alternative route variations may be possible. Throughout the experience, guides remain available to provide support, route assistance and basic mechanical help whenever needed.

Participants should be comfortable riding a bicycle and have some previous experience of cycling on uneven terrain. While the route is considered moderately challenging, the electric assistance helps make the climbs more accessible for a wider range of riders.
