Begin your ride at Headcorn Aerodrome, where you will be equipped with an electric bike and given a briefing on the day’s route. The circular tour will guide you through the serene country lanes of Kent, leading you to the enchanting village of Smarden. Established in the 14th century, Smarden features charming 17th-century half-timbered houses and offers a unique glimpse into the region's history.
In Smarden, you can pause for a relaxing meal. Choose from a local pub or enjoy a picnic if you prefer to dine al fresco. As you head back, you will pass by Biddenden Vineyards. Take the opportunity to stop and enjoy a tasting session of local wines. Throughout the day, you’ll have access to easy-to-follow maps and our new app for smartphone navigation. Don’t forget to use the bike phone holder and bring a USB cable for your device.

All e-bikes have a minimum age requirement for them to be ridden legally. To use an EAPC legally in the UK, you must be at least 14 years old.

Upon arrival, you'll receive detailed information about your chosen route, including key stops and activities. We will demonstrate how to operate the electric bike and allow you to test ride it to ensure you're comfortable.
After a photo to remember your adventure, we will provide a safety briefing highlighting important areas to be cautious of before you start your journey.
Our e-bikes are equipped with puncture-proof tyres and sealant.
However, in the rare event of a puncture, please call the emergency number provided for assistance.
The e-bikes comes with a 50 mile range battery so you don't need to worry.
If something happens, you can always call us on the emergency number provided.
We recommend texting us your location periodically so we can track your progress along the route. Additionally, most of the time, we can assist by enabling geolocation on your phone.
Reception has significantly improved in the past four years. If you're concerned or running late (after 3pm), feel free to call us. We can provide shortcuts and are ready to assist if needed.
Ensure you wear comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear for cycling. Bring a USB cable if you plan to use the navigation app on your smartphone.
Pack a water bottle, sunscreen, and a light jacket in case of changing weather. If you plan to have a picnic, bring your lunch and use the panniers provided to carry your food.
No prior experience with electric bikes is required. Before the ride, you will receive a briefing on how to use the e-bike, including basic controls and safety tips.
