Jump tandem over the Mediterranean from Side and Manavgat with a certified instructor and hotel transfer included for most stays. Climb to 10,000 feet, freefall at up to 200 km/h, then float down with coastal views under canopy.
After hotel pickup you arrive at the drop zone for registration, paperwork, and a professional safety briefing covering aircraft exit, body position in freefall, and landing technique. When your load is called, you board the aircraft with your instructor and climb over the Side and Manavgat coastline.
At around 10,000 feet you exit attached to your instructor for 35 to 40 seconds of freefall, then a smooth 7 to 10 minute canopy ride with panoramic views of the Mediterranean before a controlled landing back at the drop zone. Ground crew help you unclip and debrief before transfer back toward your hotel.
Side and Manavgat sit on a classic stretch of the Turkish Riviera where ancient ruins, pine forest, and long sandy beaches meet the sea. Jumping here puts that whole coastline directly beneath you during freefall and under canopy.
The drop zone is set up for tandem operations with clear sightlines to the water, so even first-time jumpers get an immediate sense of scale as the shoreline unfolds below. It is one of the few places on this coast where you can skydive with the Mediterranean in full view.
No skydiving experience is required, but you must be 16 or older and within typical tandem weight limits. You should be in reasonable health and able to lift your legs for landing as directed.
Tell the team about heart conditions, back or joint issues, pregnancy, or recent surgery before you travel. Alcohol and recreational drugs are not compatible with jumping; the team will screen on the day.
Tandem jumps run with licensed instructors and professional equipment at a USPA-authorized drop zone, so first-timers get proper briefing and oversight rather than a rushed tourist hop. Hotel transfer for most Side and Manavgat stays keeps the half-day logistics simple.
Freefall over the Mediterranean is a rare combination of adrenaline and scenery. You get the full jump sequence from aircraft climb to beach-side views on canopy, not just a shortened experience.
A driver collects you from your Side or Manavgat hotel or agreed point and transfers you to the drop zone. Use the journey to hydrate, eat lightly, and leave anything loose secured.
Register, complete paperwork, and join a thorough ground briefing covering harness fit, aircraft exit, freefall position, and landing cues. Your instructor checks gear and answers questions before boarding.
Board the aircraft, climb to around 10,000 feet, then exit with your instructor for high-speed freefall over the Mediterranean. Speeds can reach up to 200 km/h before the parachute opens.
Enjoy 7 to 10 minutes under canopy with coastal views, then land at the drop zone with instructor guidance. After debrief and unclipping, transfer takes you back toward your hotel.
Hotel pickup is available for most stays in and around Side and Manavgat. Once you have booked, the team confirms your collection time and transfers you to the drop zone for briefing and check-in.
If your hotel sits outside the usual pickup area, you will receive a clear meeting point instead. Wear comfortable closed shoes, arrive well rested, and leave loose valuables secured at your accommodation.
The minimum age is 16 for this tandem skydive. All jumpers must meet weight limits and follow the instructor's briefing on the day.
Tell the team your age and approximate weight when you enquire so they can confirm eligibility before pickup.
No prior skydiving experience is required. You jump in tandem with a certified instructor who handles the exit, freefall, parachute deployment, and landing.
A thorough ground briefing covers body position in the aircraft, exit technique, and landing cues. Listen carefully and ask questions if anything is unclear.
Hotel pickup and transfer are included for most stays in and around Side and Manavgat. After booking, the team confirms your collection time and takes you to the drop zone for briefing and check-in.
If your hotel sits outside the usual pickup zone, you will be told where to meet instead. Allow the full half-day window for weather holds and aircraft scheduling.
Plan for around 4 hours overall, including transfer, briefing, aircraft climb, freefall, canopy ride, and landing. The freefall itself lasts roughly 35 to 40 seconds from 10,000 feet, followed by 7 to 10 minutes under canopy.
Wear comfortable closed shoes and snug clothing. Leave loose jewellery and unsecured items behind; the team provides harness and goggles as required.
You board a certified aircraft, climb to around 10,000 feet, then exit attached to your instructor for high-speed freefall over the Mediterranean coast. Once the parachute opens, you descend slowly with panoramic views before a controlled landing at the drop zone.
Exact timing depends on aircraft load, weather, and queue order. Safety always comes before schedule.
Skydiving needs suitable wind, visibility, and cloud base. If conditions are unsafe, the team will be in touch and may move you to another time rather than jump in marginal weather.
Check your messages the evening before and the morning of your activity. Coastal wind can shift quickly around Side and Manavgat.
The experience includes hotel transfer for most Side and Manavgat stays, ground briefing, tandem jump with certified instructor, harness and equipment, aircraft flight to altitude, and landing support at the drop zone.
Personal travel insurance, optional photo or video packages if sold separately, food beyond any light snacks, and tips are usually left to you.
Typical tandem weight limits are roughly 30 to 95 kg, though exact limits depend on equipment and instructor pairing on the day. Tell the team everyone's weight when you enquire.
Height, fitness, and medical conditions also matter. Disclose back, heart, or mobility issues honestly so the team can advise before you travel.
Groups are organised around aircraft loads and instructor availability, typically up to about 15 people in the wider session window. Each jumper still pairs one-to-one with an instructor in the air.
If you are booking as friends or family, tell the team so they can try to keep briefing and load order together where possible.
Yes for healthy adults and older teens who meet age and weight limits and are comfortable with heights and adrenaline. The instructor manages the technical side; you follow briefing cues.
If you are unsure about fear of heights or medical fitness, speak with the team before you travel. They can explain what exit and freefall feel like in plain terms.
