You then turn inland to Khao Sok National Park, where limestone cliffs rise above rainforest and Cheow Lan Lake. A rest day here lets you explore the jungle, take a lake trip, or visit an ethical elephant sanctuary before riding on to Krabi's karst coastline.
From Krabi the route swings through Nakhon Si Thammarat's temple towns and lesser-known Gulf beaches at Thung Wua Laen and Prachuap Khiri Khan before the final leg north to Bangkok. Rest days in Khao Sok and Krabi balance longer riding stages, and the support van carries luggage throughout so you ride light every day.
