Join a shared two-hour sunset sail along the Sorrento coast as the light softens over the Bay of Naples. Cruise past San Montano, Marina di Puolo and the Roman ruins of Villa Pollio Felice, swim at Bagni della Regina Giovanna when conditions allow, and enjoy aperitivo with snacks and prosecco on board.
After pickup you transfer to the marina, meet your English-speaking skipper, and cast off along the Sorrento coastline. The short cruise takes in San Montano, Marina di Puolo and the historic Villa Pollio Felice promontory before a pause at Bagni della Regina Giovanna.
When the water is calm enough you can swim in the natural pool beneath the cliffs while aperitivo is served on board. The return run brings you back to the marina as the evening colours settle over the bay.
The Sorrento Peninsula faces the Bay of Naples with tuff cliffs, pebble coves and Roman remains cut into the rock. Seeing Bagni della Regina Giovanna from the water is often clearer than approaching only from the land path above.
Sorrento and nearby Massa Lubrense make an easy base for a short evening sail. Hotel pickup means you do not need to find the marina alone before sunset.
No boating experience is needed. A professional skipper handles the boat while you enjoy the views, swim stop and aperitivo.
Guests should be at least three years old and comfortable sitting on a small boat for about two hours. Wear footwear that grips when boarding.
This sail is short enough for an evening plan yet still includes a classic coastline loop, a swim stop when the sea allows, and aperitivo without needing a full dinner cruise.
Small-group numbers keep the boat manageable, and Sorrento-area pickup removes the rush of finding the port yourself before sunset.
Meet your driver at your hotel or designated Sorrento-area meeting point, then transfer to the marina. Your English-speaking skipper welcomes you aboard and briefs the group before casting off along the coast.
The first stretch opens views of the cliffs and bay as the light begins to soften.
Cruise past San Montano, Marina di Puolo and the Roman Villa Pollio Felice promontory. The skipper keeps the pace relaxed so there is time for photos along the tuff cliffs and inlets.
This stretch is the heart of the Sorrento coast viewpoint run before the swim stop.
Pause at Bagni della Regina Giovanna for a swim in the clear natural pool when conditions allow, while snacks, soft drinks and prosecco are shared on board.
After the stop you cruise back toward the marina as the sunset colours settle over the bay.
This sail includes hotel or meeting-point pickup in the Sorrento area before transfer to the departure marina, often departing from the Massa Lubrense side of the coast. Confirm your accommodation name and address when you book so the team can send the exact pickup window.
Be ready a little early so boarding stays relaxed as the light softens. Public transport and taxis also serve central Sorrento if you prefer a designated meeting point such as Via Luigi de Maio.
