See Singapore after dark on a small-group night ride along the waterfront. You follow the Kallang River towards Marina Bay, pass famous landmarks and enjoy city lights and local stories from your guide on well-maintained bikes.
Your evening starts at the bike shop with a safety briefing, helmet fitting and a bike matched to your height. Once everyone is ready, the group sets off along quiet riverside paths as the city begins to glow.
The ride weaves through Marina Bay's most photogenic corners, from the Sports Hub and Singapore Flyer to the F1 district and Merlion Park. Your guide shares local stories along the way, with pauses for photos when the skyline looks its best.
The tour begins in the Kampong Glam area, a practical starting point close to public transport and well placed for a riverside ride towards Marina Bay. From here you quickly reach the Kallang waterfront, where open paths and night views set the tone for the rest of the evening.
Marina Bay itself is one of Singapore's most striking districts after sunset. Reflective water, lit bridges and landmark architecture make every stretch feel different, whether you are passing the Flyer, the F1 circuit or the Merlion with the Sands skyline behind it.
You should be comfortable riding a bicycle on shared paths and short road sections at a relaxed pace. The route is designed as an easy evening ride rather than a workout, but basic balance and confidence on two wheels are needed.
Children aged 7 and above are welcome when they meet the minimum height of 1.3 m so they can safely reach the pedals and handlebars. If anyone in your group is unsure about cycling in a small group at night, ask the team before you book so they can advise on suitability.
Night cycling lets you feel the city in a way coach tours cannot match. You move at a human pace, catch the breeze off the water and stop where the views are best, all with a local guide who knows the stories behind the skyline.
Small groups keep the ride personal and unhurried. With multiple bike sizes, helmets included and lockers at the start, you can focus on the experience rather than the logistics of exploring Marina Bay after dark.
Arrive at the bike shop for a welcome, safety briefing and helmet fitting. Your guide introduces the evening route, matches you to the right bike size and shows you where to store bags in the lockers before the group sets off together.
Begin with a relaxed ride along the Kallang River as the city starts to glow. This scenic riverside stretch sets the mood for the night, with open water on one side and the first hints of the lit skyline ahead.
Enjoy views of the illuminated Singapore Sports Hub and National Stadium across the river. The waterfront route gives you a clear perspective of one of the city's major sporting landmarks at night.
Cycle past the Singapore Flyer, one of Marina Bay's most recognisable icons. The giant observation wheel makes a striking backdrop for photos as you continue towards the heart of the bay.
Ride through the energy of Singapore's Formula 1 district, passing the Pit Building and Marina Bay Street Circuit. Access along this section may vary during the F1 season or when events and road closures are in place.
Take in wide views of Marina Bay Sands and The Shoppes from the waterfront. If timing aligns, you may catch the light show reflecting across the bay, a highlight of many evening rides.
Pause at one of Singapore's most iconic waterfront landmarks. The Merlion, Marina Bay Sands and the city skyline come together beautifully after dark, making this one of the most memorable photo stops of the tour.
Pass the historic Fullerton Waterboat House near the Fullerton precinct. This stretch shows how old Singapore meets the modern Marina Bay skyline along the water's edge.
Ride past the Esplanade, Theatres on the Bay, affectionately known locally as the Durian for its distinctive domed roof. Beautifully lit at night, it adds to the atmosphere as you complete the Marina Bay loop.
Meet on Crawford Lane in the Kampong Glam area, near Lavender MRT. Exact meeting details are confirmed with your booking.
Crawford Lane is well served by public transport. Lavender MRT (East West and Downtown lines) is a short walk away, and several bus routes stop nearby along North Bridge Road and Lavender Street. If you are arriving by taxi or ride-hail, ask for Crawford Lane near Lavender MRT. Limited street parking may be available in the surrounding area, but public transport is the easiest option in the evening.
