Your own private stand up paddle outing from Cannery Beach to Land's End, with time at the Arch where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific and a guided snorkel at Pelican Rock. A certified bilingual guide sets the pace for your group only, with all kit and complimentary hotel pickup from selected areas included.
After a safety brief and kit fit at Cannery Beach, you launch straight from the sand on stand up paddle boards with no support boat. The route typically passes Neptune's Finger, the Arch, the sea lion rocks and Lover's Beach viewpoints before a guided snorkel at Pelican Rock Marine Sanctuary, then a relaxed return paddle at your group's pace.
You meet at Cannery Beach (Playa Empacadora) in the Cabo San Lucas marina area, or use complimentary hotel pickup or Plaza Gali OXXO if that suits your stay. Final pickup times are confirmed after booking.
Comfortable in the water and able to balance on a paddle board at an easy pace. No prior SUP experience needed. Children from 6 years old are welcome when they meet the group fitness level.
Certified bilingual guides, stable paddle boards suited to coastal paddling, and all snorkel kit included. The private format keeps coaching personal for your group, and hotel transportation can be arranged in the main tourist corridor.
Hotel guests in the complimentary pickup area will receive pickup times after booking. If you are driving, cruise based, or outside the free pickup zone, meet at Plaza Gali OXXO (Blvd. Paseo de la Marina 36, Cabo San Lucas) for parking guidance, or go straight to Playa Empacadora (Cannery Beach) where the boards launch. Exact times are confirmed with your reservation.
No prior stand up paddle experience is required. Your private guide gives a clear safety and technique brief on the beach before you launch, and the route is paced for mixed ability groups including first timers.
Life jackets are available if you want extra support, and you can kneel or sit on the board whenever you need a break from standing.
Yes. Complimentary round trip hotel transportation is included from selected hotels in Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo and the Tourist Corridor. Exact pickup times are confirmed after your reservation is booked.
If your hotel sits outside that zone, you arrive by cruise ship, or you prefer to drive yourself, you can meet at Plaza Gali OXXO or go straight to Cannery Beach instead. Final instructions are sent with your confirmation.
The minimum age is 6 years old on this private tour. Younger children are not accepted for safety reasons on the open water paddle and snorkel sections.
Children joining should be comfortable in the water, happy to wear a life jacket, and able to follow guide instructions on a paddle board with an adult nearby.
Landing at Lover's Beach is not part of the standard itinerary. Local operational and safety conditions mean the group stays on the water for that stretch of coastline.
You still paddle past the cliffs and viewpoints so you can see Lover's Beach and the Arch from sea level, which is often the best angle for photos anyway.
At Pelican Rock you typically snorkel among tropical fish and rocky reef habitat inside the Cabo marine protected area. Visibility and species change with season, tide and weather.
Along the Arch coastline, sea lions are often visible resting on the rocks or swimming nearby. Guides keep a respectful distance so wildlife is not disturbed while you still get a clear view.
Guides check wind, swell and visibility before and during the tour. If conditions are unsafe for paddling or snorkelling, the operator will offer an alternative date or a full refund under their weather and port closure policy.
Private tours cancelled by you at least 48 hours before the start time receive a full refund. No shows and late arrivals are non refundable.
Plan for about two hours of guided paddling and snorkelling from Cannery Beach once you are on the water with your kit fitted and briefed.
If you use complimentary hotel pickup, allow extra time either side for collection and return. Exact schedules are confirmed after booking so you know when to be ready in the lobby.
Yes. Stand up paddle boards, paddles, ankle leashes, life jackets and full snorkel kit (mask, snorkel and fins) are included in the tour price, along with a certified bilingual guide dedicated to your group.
Bring your own swimsuit, towel, reef safe sunscreen, hat and water shoes. A waterproof phone case is useful if you want photos from the board.
Private tours may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the activity start time for a full refund. Inside that window, standard non refundable terms apply unless weather or safety forces a change.
If the operator cancels for weather, safety or port closures, you can rebook for another date or receive a full refund. No shows and late arrivals are non refundable.
Yes. Tours are led by certified bilingual guides who brief and coach in English and Spanish as needed throughout the paddle and snorkel.
Your guide stays with your private group for the whole route, including the Pelican Rock snorkel, so you are never left alone on the water and can ask questions as you go.
