Your session runs for a morning or afternoon on the maps at Penllyn, near Cowbridge and a short drive from Cardiff. Marshals issue your marker, camouflage overalls and full-face protection, lead a safety briefing, then run objective-based games through cover and themed zones. Book with 300 paintballs included, or choose 500 if you want more ammo for a busier session without topping up on the day.

Morning sessions start at 9:00am and afternoon sessions start at 12:30pm. Plan to arrive a little early so you can check in, collect kit and join the briefing before games begin.
A typical session lasts around three hours from briefing through to kit return.
You should be comfortable walking, crouching and moving across outdoor ground. The pace is active, but marshals build in short breaks between games so you can reload and catch your breath.
No specialist fitness is required. Mixed-ability groups are common for birthdays, stag and hen parties and workplace teams.
