Take a mountain bike into the cork-oak hills and forest tracks north of Seville without joining a guided group. We hand over a serviced MTB from our Cazalla base so you can choose your own lines, pace and daily distance.
At collection we check tyre pressures, brakes and gearing with you, then fit helmet, bottle and our compact spares pouch. Saddle height and reach are set together so the bike feels stable on both village tarmac and firmer hill tracks.
Riders often head from the village into dehesa paths, linking quiet roads with short climbs and viewpoints. You set the intensity: some days are gentle exploration, others are longer loops toward the Vía Verde or neighbouring hamlets.
On multi-day hires the same bike stays with you until your agreed return time on the final day. We are happy to sketch a route that matches your fitness when you arrive if you want a local perspective.
The Sierra Norte around Cazalla mixes rolling farmland, forest trails and linked lanes that suit hardtail mountain bikes. Summers are hot and dry; winter rains can soften tracks, so conditions change through the year.
Our shop on La Plazuela is close to parking and café stops, which makes it a practical hub for daily departures and returns.
You should be confident braking and steering on uneven surfaces. Share your height when you reserve so we can select an appropriate frame, and tell us if younger riders need smaller wheels or a tag-along setup.
Trail gloves, sturdy shoes and sun protection make long days more comfortable. Bring any personal tools you depend on for all-day rides.
We maintain the MTB fleet in-house and know which tracks drain well after rain. Every hire includes helmet, bottle, basic spares and optional lock so you can pause safely in villages or at miradors.
Our team rides here regularly, so you get practical guidance on surfaces and gradients instead of a one-size-fits-all map.
Hire options cover one day, two to five days, or six to ten days. Choose the range that matches your trip, then select how many days you need within it.
Daily rates step down on longer ranges. If your dates fall between two options, get in touch and we will help you pick the right one.
The mountain bike comes with a helmet, water bottle and a small roadside kit. Locks are available if you plan longer stops away from the bike.
Food, transport to Cazalla and specialist tools beyond our kit are not included.
Tell us your height or usual frame size when you reserve. We prepare a suitable hardtail before you arrive and adjust fit at handover.
If you have unusual sizing needs, mention them early so we can confirm availability.
We meet at C/ La Plazuela, 3 in Cazalla de la Sierra. That is our usual start point unless we have arranged something different with you.
Arrive a little early so we can talk through the bike calmly before you head onto the trails.
Yes, many guests are comfortable riders trying hill tracks for the first time. We suggest easier loops from the village if you prefer smoother surfaces.
Children may ride with close adult supervision; ask about smaller frames or child seats when you reserve.
Reserve one bike per rider, or contact us for help coordinating a group. We will do our best to match frame sizes and helmets from the fleet.
For schools or large parties, please reach out well ahead of your dates.
Closed shoes, breathable layers, sun cream and gloves suit most trail days. Carry snacks and cash for rural bars along the routes.
Your phone and a light backpack are useful; we provide the bottle at handover.
Light rain can be manageable with care; heavy rain may make forest tracks unsafe, so we might recommend easier lanes or another day.
We will suggest routes that fit the conditions when you collect the bike.
We can supply a lock on request. Use it whenever you leave the bike unattended during your hire.
Please report damage or loss to us as soon as you can so we can support you.
Guests mix village exits with forest tracks in the dehesa and longer links toward the Vía Verde. Terrain ranges from mellow lanes to firmer climbs with views over the hills.
Ask us at handover for ideas that suit your hire length and fitness.
We partner with Rewilding Britain to help protect our natural spaces for future adventures.

About the centre
Cazalla de la Sierra
From our base in the Sierra Norte de Sevilla, we help you explore Cazalla de la Sierra and the surrounding hills on two wheels or on foot. You can hire well-maintained bicycles for a few hours or several days, join guided e-bike routes through cork oak and dehesa, or walk historic trails with a local guide who knows the villages, viewpoints, and quiet lanes.
Whether you want a flexible rental to ride at your own pace or a fully guided multi-day trip with food and culture woven in, we focus on safe kit, clear briefing, and routes that suit your fitness and interests. Pick up at our premises is the usual start point, and we can agree another meeting place when you book.
