Spend an evening floating on a quiet forest lake under the midnight sun, using a thermal suit that keeps you warm and dry while you drift on the water. This experience focuses on slowing things down, giving you time to relax in a natural setting while the light stays high in the sky late into the night.
The experience begins with a short transfer out to a forest lake away from built-up areas. Once there, your guide provides a floating suit and explains how to use it safely before you enter the water. The suit is designed to keep you insulated, allowing you to lie back and float comfortably on the surface without getting wet.
Once in the lake, you can drift freely while looking up at the sky, with the midnight sun creating a constant glow across the landscape. The water remains calm, and the experience is quiet, with only natural sounds around you. You can stay floating for as long as you feel comfortable, returning to the shore whenever you like.
After your time in the water, you’ll warm up with hot blueberry juice and gingerbread served by your guide. There’s time to sit by the lakeside, take in the surroundings, and relax before heading back.
