Experience Javea’s spectacular coastline on a guided kayaking adventure around Cabo de San Antonio. This tour blends exploration and fun, taking you through dramatic cliffs, hidden caves, and crystal-clear waters where marine life thrives. Whether you’re new to kayaking or already confident on the water, this experience promises an unforgettable day in one of Spain’s most beautiful coastal settings.
Set out from Javea’s central bay and glide along the calm Mediterranean waters towards the striking Cabo de San Antonio headland. The journey begins with a short safety briefing and paddling introduction from your guide before heading towards the towering cliffs that rise more than 100 metres above the sea. From the water, the view is spectacular, with rugged rock formations and sea birds overhead.
Reaching the marine reserve of San Antonio, the pace slows for exploration and snorkelling. The clear waters here are home to vibrant fish, sea urchins, and colourful algae. Guides will point out hidden features and underwater landmarks while you take time to swim, relax, and enjoy the calm setting. For those seeking a little extra excitement, there’s also a chance to try cliff jumping into the sheltered coves.
Further along the coastline, you’ll visit a secret cave accessible only from the sea. Light filters through the water to illuminate the rock walls inside, creating a magical atmosphere. After spending time exploring and swimming, you’ll paddle back along the coast, enjoying final views of Javea’s beautiful shoreline and the peaceful surroundings of the natural reserve.
