What to Expect

When you rent a kayak from us, you’ll have the chance to explore the beautiful coastline of Málaga at your own pace. Choose from our individual kayaks for a solo adventure or a double kayak if you prefer paddling with a friend or family member. Before setting off, you’ll be equipped with all the necessary gear, including paddles, lifejackets, and comfort seats.

If you’re new to kayaking or would like a refresher, you can also opt for a 30-minute introductory course, where we’ll guide you through the basics and ensure you feel confident on the water. Whether you’re paddling for relaxation or a bit of fun, you’ll have a fantastic time taking in the views and enjoying the Mediterranean waters.

Our centre is located at El Palo, Málaga, a charming and authentic neighbourhood where you can enjoy the beauty of the Mediterranean. This area is ideal for kayaking, offering calm waters and a picturesque backdrop, as well as being close to local amenities.

We have lockers included in the price of all of our rentals meaning that you don't need to leave your valuables on the beach. We also have a bathroom/changing room available for before/after your session.

Prerequisites

No prior kayaking experience is required. While a basic level of fitness is recommended, you don't need to be an expert to enjoy a relaxing kayaking session.

Please note that under-16s must be accompanied by a participating and responsible adult.

All participants must be able to swim, and children should be accompanied by an adult. If you're new to kayaking, we offer initiation courses to help you get comfortable on the water.

If you're new to kayaking, we recommend taking a brief initiation course or starting with a short rental to get comfortable on the water. Our team will provide you with safety instructions and tips before you head out.

Yes, kayaks are available for hourly rentals, but you are welcome to rent them for longer periods if desired.

Wetsuits are not included with the kayak rental but are available to rent separately for colder months.

While there is no strict age limit, all participants must be able to swim and have a basic level of mobility to safely use the kayaks. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

For younger children or inexperienced kayakers, we recommend opting for a double kayak with an experienced adult. If you have specific concerns, feel free to contact us for advice on what will work best for your group.

For your kayaking session, we recommend wearing comfortable, water-appropriate clothing such as a swimsuit or quick-drying clothes. Don't forget sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses to protect from the sun.

It’s also a good idea to bring a water bottle and snacks to keep hydrated and energised. We’ll provide lifejackets and paddles, but please bring any personal items you may need to stay comfortable.

We are located at the beautiful beaches of el Palo where you can find the traditional and authentic Malaga. On offer we have a large variety of activities such as Paddle Surf, SUP surf, Foil SUP with Wing, Sup Yoga, single and double kayaks, sit-on-top ocean kayaks, closed kayaks and kayaks for fishing. We also have a selection of neoprene wetsuits available for the colder months.
