After meeting at the designated pickup point or using the included hotel pickup within the corridor zone, begin at Santa Maria Bay with a guide-led introduction and equipment check. The transparent panels of the tandem kayak add another perspective to the coastal crossing, while your guide helps the group settle into a comfortable pace.
At Chileno Bay, switch focus from the surface to the water with your snorkel kit. The route is designed to combine time on the kayak with time exploring the bay, so guests can enjoy the changing shoreline and the underwater environment in one short outing.
Santa Maria Bay is a sheltered cove on the Los Cabos Tourist Corridor, where the beach launch provides a calm starting point for the activity. The bay's protected setting makes it a natural place to get comfortable in a tandem kayak before moving along the coast.
Chileno Bay lies nearby on the same stretch of coast and is known for clear water and rocky reef habitat. Experiencing both locations during one outing gives a broader view of the shoreline than staying at a single beach, with time to look through the kayak panels and to snorkel.
This easy experience is suitable for guests aged six and over. No previous kayaking or snorkeling experience is stated as required. You should be comfortable spending time on and in the water, follow the guide's safety briefing, and let the team know about any practical needs when booking.
This outing brings together two distinct ways to experience the coast: a tandem paddle with a glass bottom view and a guided snorkel stop. The small group limit of 12 allows the guide to keep the experience focused while water, snacks, equipment, and corridor hotel pickup are included.
Meet at Plaza Gali OXXO or Santa Maria Beach, as confirmed for your booking. Complimentary hotel pickup is included for eligible hotels in the corridor. Guests outside that zone, or those who choose not to use pickup, should arrange their own transport to the confirmed meeting point.
