Five hours on a motorboat off Agadir bring together sport fishing on the Atlantic, a charcoal barbecue with fish or chicken, welcome drinks and a swim stop when you ask and the crew agree it is safe. Hotel pickup in the Agadir area is included, and we provide the tackle, life jackets and safety gear so you can focus on the water rather than sorting kit.
Your day begins with collection from your hotel in the Agadir area and a short transfer to Agadir Marina, where the crew welcome you aboard and hand out life jackets. Once we leave the harbour, the Atlantic opens up with long views along the southern Moroccan coast while the team sets up professional fishing gear, rotates guests fairly at the rods and explains how to handle lines safely on a moving deck.
After time on the lines, we pause for welcome drinks and, when you ask and conditions allow, a swim in clearer water away from the marina traffic. The charcoal barbecue follows, cooked on board or at a sheltered spot, with the meal you chose at booking. We then head back toward Agadir so you are dropped at your hotel with the afternoon still ahead of you. Step-by-step timings for pickup, fishing, the meal and return are in the itinerary below.
Agadir sits on Morocco's southern Atlantic coast, with a sheltered marina, a long sandy bay and resort hotels within a short drive of the piers. This trip uses Agadir Marina as the boat base while still collecting you from your accommodation so you are not hunting for the correct gate on your own.
Round-trip hotel pickup in the Agadir area is included. Be ready at the main entrance in the window you are given and tell us your hotel name when you book so the driver can coordinate with the crew before departure. The map pin reflects the marina; your practical start is the hotel collection unless we confirm another agreed point.
No previous fishing experience is required. The outing suits beginners and families from age five upward, and the crew help you bait lines, land fish safely and stow rods when you are not using them. You should be comfortable on a moving boat, happy to wear a life jacket, and able to follow brief safety instructions on deck.
Mention any accessibility needs, including wheelchair access, when you book so we can prepare the boat and pickup. Strollers can usually be accommodated on the transfer when you tell us in advance. If anyone in your party is nervous in open water, say so at the start so the skipper can choose calmer lines and pacing.
You book a single, clear half-day on the water rather than juggling separate transport, tackle hire and a restaurant reservation. Pickup, fishing kit, safety equipment, drinks and the barbecue are handled by one crew who know Agadir Marina and typical Atlantic conditions, which keeps the rhythm of the day simple for visitors.
We ask for meal and accessibility details up front so the boat and pickup are ready before you arrive. Groups stay small, with space for children and mixed abilities when you tell us what you need. If you want a relaxed fishing and food experience from Agadir with time to swim, this format bundles the practical pieces so you can enjoy the Atlantic instead of organising them yourself.
We collect you from your hotel in the Agadir area and drive you to Agadir Marina. Be ready at the main entrance in the window you are given, with swimwear, sun protection and your booking details to hand.
On arrival, the crew welcome you aboard, brief you on deck safety and fit life jackets before lines are cast off. Tell us any accessibility needs when you book so pickup and boarding can be smooth.
Once clear of the harbour, we set up professional fishing tackle and work productive lines along the coast. The crew help beginners bait hooks, manage drag and land fish safely while keeping the deck tidy for everyone.
Expect sun, breeze and the rhythm of waiting, feeling a bite and reeling in. Exact spots follow fish activity, swell and other traffic, so treat each run as a live Atlantic session rather than a fixed sightseeing route.
Welcome drinks are served during the cruise while you rest between fishing passes. If you ask and the skipper agrees it is safe, we pause in clearer water for a swim away from marina traffic.
Life jackets stay available for anyone who wants them in the water. If you prefer to stay dry, you can relax on deck and watch the coast while others swim.
We cook your charcoal barbecue on the boat or at a sheltered cove, using the fish or chicken preference you gave when you booked. The meal is part of the outing, with the Atlantic as the backdrop while you eat.
After lunch, there is time to digest on deck before we point the bow back toward Agadir. Mention allergies when you book so the crew can advise what is possible on board.
We cruise back to Agadir Marina, secure the boat and drive you to your hotel in the Agadir area. Keep a towel handy for the transfer if you swam.
The full experience runs about five hours door to door, though exact return times depend on pickup location, fishing and whether you took a swim stop.
Yes. Round-trip transfer from your hotel in the Agadir area to Agadir Marina is part of this trip. Give your hotel name and, if helpful, your room details when you book so the driver can find the right entrance.
Be ready at the main reception in the pickup window you receive. Traffic along the bay can vary, so arriving a few minutes early avoids cutting into fishing time on the boat.
The experience is about five hours in total, including hotel transfer, time on the water, the barbecue and return. Exact timings shift slightly with pickup locations, how long you fish and whether you take a swim stop.
Plan the rest of your day with a little buffer either side of that window. This is a half-day boat outing, not a full charter into the night.
No previous fishing experience is required. Professional tackle is provided and the crew show you how to bait, cast and handle fish safely on a moving deck. Beginners and families are welcome from age five.
Say if anyone has never held a rod so they can stay close at the start. Follow their guidance on when to reel in and where to stand so lines stay clear for other guests.
Yes, from age five upward when accompanied by a responsible adult. Life jackets are provided and the crew keep pacing suitable for mixed ages when the sea allows.
Mention children's ages when you book so we can advise on seating and rod use. Very young children should be comfortable on a boat for several hours in sun and spray.
Yes. Tell us your meal preference for the charcoal barbecue when you book so the crew can shop and prep accordingly. Fish is the classic option on a fishing day; chicken is available when you request it.
If anyone has allergies or dietary needs beyond that choice, mention them at booking so we can confirm what is possible on board. The meal is part of the trip rather than a separate restaurant stop.
Wear swimwear under a light cover-up, bring a towel and strong sun protection. Soft shoes that can get wet help on the marina steps and deck. A dry bag keeps phones and medication safe from spray.
You do not need your own fishing kit. Secure sunglasses with a strap and carry any personal snacks if you want extras between the welcome drinks and the barbecue.
A swim stop is available when you ask and the skipper agrees conditions are safe. We choose clearer water away from busy marina traffic and keep life jackets nearby for anyone who wants them in the water.
Swimming is optional. If you prefer to stay on deck, you can relax in the sun while others swim. Never enter the water without the crew's go-ahead.
This outing needs workable Atlantic conditions for a safe motorboat trip, fishing and cooking on deck. If the sea or wind is unsuitable, the crew may delay or reschedule and will contact you as early as they can.
Keep your plans flexible on the day. A short weather hold is easier to manage when you have not packed the rest of the afternoon tightly against the return time.
The product is listed as wheelchair accessible, and we ask you to describe any mobility or wheelchair needs when you book so pickup and boarding can be planned. Marina layouts and tide heights vary, so advance notice helps the crew prepare ramps or assistance.
Share whether you use a manual or powered chair and if a companion will help with transfers. We will confirm what is realistic for that day's boat and berth.
The boat takes between one and eleven guests on this trip. Smaller parties share the deck with other travellers unless your group fills the places; private exclusivity is not implied unless you arrange it separately.
Book places for everyone who will be on board, including children. If you are a large family group, mention it at booking so seating and fishing rotation can be organised fairly.
About the centre
Agadir
From Agadir Marina you can step straight onto Atlantic water for boat trips, jet-ski sessions and days that mix fishing with a fresh barbecue lunch. We work with visitors staying in and around Agadir, coordinating pickup at your hotel when you book so the morning starts smoothly rather than with a scramble for directions.
Our crew focuses on safe, well-equipped outings: professional fishing kit on the boat trips, briefings before jet-ski time on the water, and clear communication about meal choices and any accessibility needs when you reserve. Whether you want a half-day on the boat or adrenaline on the waves, we keep the experience personal and rooted in the marina.
