The experience begins at Rancho Grande Park with a short introduction to the electric bikes and safety equipment. Younger children use balance bikes while older children and adults ride the electric bikes. The guide adapts the pace and route depending on the confidence and ages of the group, making the activity suitable for beginners and families with mixed riding experience.
The route takes place entirely on private land with no public traffic. Families ride through forest trails, farmland and open countryside while passing animal enclosures including horses, parrots, llamas, ostriches and Mallorcan black pigs. Along the way, there are stops for photos and views across the Bay of Alcúdia.

No previous experience is required for this activity. Riders should feel comfortable balancing on a bike, and children must meet the minimum age requirement of 5 years old.
Closed shoes and glasses are recommended due to dust on some sections of the trail. The tour requires a minimum of 2 electric bikes to operate. If minimum numbers are not reached, guests may be contacted up to 12 hours before departure to reschedule.
