This 3-hour tour begins in Winster and winds along minor roads and farm tracks to Minninglow, joining the High Peak Trail. Riders can enjoy scenic views and historical insights as they traverse old railway lines and the Cromford Canal towpath. The journey concludes in Ambergate, with a convenient taxi ride back to Winster.
It’s All Downhill from Here in Dovedale
Starting in Flash, the highest village in the UK, this 6-hour tour follows the Manifold River down to Dove Dale. The route is predominantly downhill, making it an easy and enjoyable ride. Stops include local landmarks like Thor’s Cave, with ample opportunities for refreshments and taking in the scenic surroundings before finishing at the Isaac Walton Hotel.
Ambergate to Wirksworth Loop
Perfect for less confident riders, this 3-hour loop starts in Ambergate and climbs to the top of Alderwasley Moor, offering amazing views before descending into the charming villages of Idridgehay and Kirk Ireton. The return trip features hidden farm paths and a scenic descent back to Ambergate.
Discovering Matlock & Local Villages
This 3-hour tour starts in Winster and takes cyclists through Bonsall Moor and Slaley before reaching the market town of Matlock. Riders can explore local cafes and shops before continuing along the Midland Railway cycle path, eventually returning to Winster via scenic country lanes.
Up Hill and Down Dale to Darwin Forest
A 6-hour adventure from Winster to Darwin Forest, featuring climbs through Stanton Moor and Darley Bridge. Riders can enjoy a break at Darwin Forest before descending to Peak Village for some retail therapy. The tour concludes with a scenic ride back to Winster, showcasing the area’s beautiful landscapes.

Yes, riders must be at least 14 years old, as eBikes are considered powered modes of transport and our insurance does not cover those under this age.
The maximum weight limit for our eBikes is 135kg.
No, eBikes are limited to 15 miles per hour by UK law, making them as safe as regular bikes. They help with pedalling, especially uphill.
Our tours stick to trails and quiet roads, making them a safe and enjoyable experience. We also have a detailed risk assessment available for those who are concerned.
Our eBikes use tubeless tyres, significantly reducing the chance of punctures.
In the unlikely case of a mechanical issue, our support team will either replace the eBike or provide assistance promptly.

For self-guided tours, you’ll have a GPS device that shows your route and provides turn-by-turn instructions.
We supply helmets, and there’s no need for specialised cycling attire.
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for the weather conditions on the day.
No, our routes primarily use cycle tracks, bridleways, and quiet rural roads.
Any time on busier roads is minimal and only to connect different parts of the route.
