Come along for the excitement of mountain biking in the heart of the gorgeous Surrey Hills. This course is designed for complete beginners and those looking to build confidence on the trails. You'll learn the fundamentals in a supportive and fun environment, ensuring a strong foundation for your mountain biking adventures.
The course begins with a comprehensive overview of bike setup, including tyre pressures, saddle height adjustments, and handlebar controls. You will also learn about gear selection, braking techniques, and the importance of the ready position. The morning session focuses on body positioning, weight shifting, and speed control to ensure you are comfortable and confident on your bike.
In the afternoon, you'll put your new skills to the test on the trails. The ride will take you through the beautiful local countryside, offering a mix of terrains to practice climbing, descending, and cornering. Emphasis is placed on trail flow and reading the trail to enhance your riding experience. You'll also work on mind skills, such as staying relaxed, maintaining concentration, and developing confidence through the fundamentals.

We offer year-round rides to experience the changing seasons and the local wildlife. Our sessions are filled with laughter and camaraderie, making fitness feel like fun rather than a chore. Riding outdoors not only enhances physical fitness but also contributes to mental well-being.
You should bring comfortable sportswear suitable for biking, sturdy shoes, and a packed lunch.

Sure! You can select our 1-2-1 session at £200 for a half day, or scroll to the bottom of this page and look for our other 1-2-1 sessions.
Our courses run in most weather conditions as part of the fun is learning to ride in various environments.
However, if the weather is deemed too dangerous, such as in the case of severe storms, we will reschedule the session.
While no specific fitness level is required, participants should be in reasonable physical condition to handle a full day of biking.
The course is designed for beginners, so the pace will be manageable.
