Rides run with a minimum of two guests and up to ten riders in the same session. Small numbers help the instructor monitor safety and keep the convoy organised on village paths.

Transport to and from Asim Zeneli is not included in the ride price. Most guests drive, take a taxi or arrange a transfer from Gjirokaster or coastal bases such as Saranda.
Plan journey time accordingly so you are not late for the mounted session.
Heavy rain, storms or conditions that make trails slippery may lead to postponement for rider and horse welfare. Light cloud or cool temperatures are often fine and can make riding more comfortable.

A phone or small camera in a secure waist bag is acceptable for photos during rest stops. Large cameras, neck-mounted rigs and backpacks are not permitted while mounted because they can distract horses or unbalance riders.
