Leave Vancouver behind and spend the day tackling fun whitewater rapids on one of British Columbia's most scenic rivers. With return transport, experienced guides, quality equipment and lunch all included, this adventure is an easy way to experience the outdoors without having to organise the details yourself.
Your day begins with a pickup from one of the designated meeting points in Vancouver, or from an alternative location within the Greater Vancouver area if arranged in advance. Once everyone is on board, you'll travel through the Fraser Valley, enjoying views of mountains, forests and countryside as you make your way towards the Chilliwack River.
After arriving at the rafting base, you'll check in, meet your certified rafting guides and receive all of the equipment needed for the day. A comprehensive safety briefing covers paddling techniques, river commands and everything you'll need to know before setting off, making the experience suitable for both beginners and those with previous rafting experience.
It's then time to hit the water for around three hours of guided whitewater rafting. Working together as a team, you'll paddle through exciting Class II and III rapids while taking in the natural surroundings of the Fraser Valley. Between the whitewater sections, calmer stretches allow you to enjoy the forests, mountain scenery and, if you're lucky, spot some local wildlife along the riverbanks.
After returning to the rafting base, you'll have time to change into dry clothes before enjoying your included lunch, bottled water and light snacks. Once everyone is ready, you'll board your transport for the journey back to Vancouver, arriving later in the afternoon with plenty of stories to share from your day on the river.

Participants must be at least 6 years old and weigh a minimum of 22kg. A minimum of four participants is required for the tour to operate, and trips may be rescheduled if weather or river conditions are considered unsafe.
