🌊 What to Expect

Depart from the Port of Palamós and sail north along the Costa Brava, passing the Formigues Islands before continuing past the coastal villages of Calella de Palafrugell, Llafranc, and Tamariu. The route offers a mix of open coastline and sheltered bays, with sailing prioritised whenever conditions allow for a smooth and quiet journey.

The catamaran anchors at Cala Tramadiu for approximately two and a half hours. This extended stop allows plenty of time to swim, snorkel along the rocky edges of the cove, or relax on deck. Guests can use the floating mat, settle into shaded seating with cushions, or stretch out on the wide bow nets over the water. Snorkelling equipment and swimming vests are available on board.

While anchored, a barbecue is prepared and served with salads, bread, and drinks, followed by fresh fruit for dessert. After the stop, the return sail follows the same coastline back to Palamós at a relaxed pace. The skipper may adjust the exact route or timing depending on sea conditions while keeping the overall structure of the excursion.

📍 Location

Boarding and disembarkation take place in the Port of Palamós. The harbour is centrally located and easy to access on foot, by taxi, or by car, with nearby amenities and parking.

Guests are advised to arrive in good time before departure to allow for boarding and safety briefings.

✅ Prerequisites

No sailing experience is required. This excursion is suitable for families, couples, and groups looking for a full morning on the water with swimming, snorkelling, and food included.

Participants should be comfortable spending several hours on a boat and entering the water via ladder. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, particularly during swimming and snorkelling.

⭐ Why Choose Us

This route combines some of the most recognisable coastal villages on the Costa Brava with a quieter anchorage that is difficult to reach by land. The long stop at Cala Tramadiu allows the day to unfold at an easy pace without feeling rushed.

The experience is designed around space, comfort, and steady timing. Sailing is prioritised when conditions allow, reusable cups are used on board, and catering is planned to fit naturally around time in the water rather than fixed schedules.
