No previous ATV experience is needed, though you should be happy to sit on a moving quad, follow a guide and get dirty. Drivers must hold a valid driving licence, and guests from age 6 can join when they meet the ranch rules for riding or sharing a machine.
Tell us about mobility needs, pregnancy or back or neck problems before you book, because the trails are uneven. Closed-toe shoes are required, and you should bring swimwear for the cenote so you can get in the water without delaying the group.

Visit a recreated Taíno setting for a short cultural presentation inspired by the island's Indigenous heritage. It is a brief stop of around 20 to 30 minutes, then you get back on the trail for the ride home.
Ride the countryside tracks back to the ranch, then clean up and change before the transfer. Allow about 30 to 45 minutes for this last riding section, which can be just as muddy as the outbound trail.
Board the return vehicle for the transfer to your hotel or confirmed drop-off. Timing depends on your zone and afternoon traffic, so keep your phone on until you are back at the lobby.

If your stay sits outside the usual pickup area, you will get a clear meeting point instead. Be ready in the lobby with your booking confirmation and wear clothes you do not mind getting muddy.
