See Central Florida sparkle after dark on a private after-hours helicopter flight that loops past lit theme parks and the ICON Park observation wheel. This shorter night route is built for couples and families who want the glow of the parks without a long daytime circuit.
After check-in and a short safety briefing, you will board the helicopter with a headset. The pilot will point out the attractions along the route and provide informative commentary throughout the flight. The after-hours path weaves past illuminated parks and resorts before returning to the Kissimmee base.
Every seat is a window seat. Flight times are approximate and may shift slightly with weather and weight balance on the night.
Kissimmee sits next to the main Orlando resort corridor, so night flights lift off close to the parks rather than from a distant city airport. From the air, ICON Park's wheel and the surrounding entertainment strip stand out clearly against the dark sky.
The same corridor also frames Disney Springs, Gaylord Palms, and Kissimmee's own Fun Spot and Old Town lights on the return leg.
No flying experience is needed. Passengers should be able to board with minimal help and follow the safety briefing.
Adults must bring photo ID. Weight limits apply for safety, and guests may be weighed before departure.
Private aircraft mean your group sets the pace for photos and questions, with instructors who also fly tours and training sorties by day.
Night slots are timed when the parks are lit, giving a different perspective from daytime theme-park overflights on longer routes.
Meet at 4010 4th Street, Kissimmee, FL 34741. Free parking is available at the heliport.
Arrive at least 10 minutes early. All adult passengers must present a valid photo ID before flight.
Airborne time is about 13 to 15 minutes on this after-hours route, covering roughly 23 miles of Central Florida lights.
Allow extra time on the ground for check-in, a short safety briefing, and boarding so the slot stays on schedule. Evening departures are popular, so arriving early keeps the briefing calm and unhurried.
Meet at the Kissimmee heliport on 4th Street, a short drive from the main Orlando resort corridor. Free parking is available for guests on this tour.
Arrive at least 10 minutes before your booked departure so there is time for ID checks, a safety video, and boarding without rushing the crew schedule.
No. This is a private charter for your party only, so you will not share seats with other tour bookings on the same flight.
Every seat is a window seat, which helps everyone get a clear view of the parks and the ICON Park observation wheel as you pass.
The route takes in lit landmarks including SeaWorld, Aquatica, Epic Universe, ICON Park and the Orlando Eye, Disney Springs, Gaylord Palms, Fun Spot Kissimmee, Old Town, and nearby Kissimmee sights.
Exact views depend on weather, airspace, and lighting on the night, and the pilot narrates highlights from the headset throughout the loop.
Helicopter flights need safe visibility and wind conditions. If the pilot cannot fly, you will be offered another date or a full refund under the stated weather terms.
Heavy rain, low cloud, lightning, or strong winds are typical reasons a night slot may be moved, and the team will contact you as soon as a decision is made.
There is no minimum age. Infants up to 2 years old under 30 lb (14 kg) may sit on a lap and fly free. Infant seats are not available and the site is not stroller accessible.
One person cannot exceed 300 lb (136 kg), and the total for three passengers is 600 lb (272 kg). Guests may be weighed for safety before departure.
A minimum of two passengers is required. The Robinson R44 carries up to three passengers at a time on this tour.
Larger parties are split across more than one flight so everyone still gets a private aircraft experience rather than sharing with strangers.
Adults must bring a photo ID (driver's licence or passport). Sunglasses, a camera with a secure strap, and weather-appropriate clothes are useful for evening flights.
Selfie sticks are not allowed on board. Dress for the season; the cabin is heated and air-conditioned so you can focus on the views.
Hotel pickup and drop-off are not included. Guests make their own way to the Kissimmee meeting point by car, taxi, or rideshare.
Plan travel time carefully for evening slots so you are not late for the safety briefing, especially if you are coming from a theme-park hotel farther north.
Gratuities are not included. Taxes, fees, pilot commentary, headsets, and the private flight are covered in the tour price quoted at booking.
Optional extras such as champagne or a photo package can be added if offered at checkout, and tips for the crew are at your discretion after landing.
