This is a hard enduro day built around technical obstacles, not a sightseeing loop. You will spend about seven hours on Honda CRF dirt bikes covering roughly 130 km of mountain crossings, riverbeds, mangrove tracks and remote coast. The line is for riders who already handle dirt with confidence and want the harder terrain around El Nido.
The day links named enduro ground rather than a road circuit. You start on Danat Trail and the Ibajay mountain crossing, then drop toward Imorigue Bay and the rice paddies of Dewil Valley. Later hours take in Ille Cave, the Villa Paz riverbed, Sibaltan mangrove and beach, then fishing villages and the Duli-Dagmay coast before you finish at Duli Beach.
Expect technical and fun obstacles throughout, with the exact order flexing if a river is high or a ridge is too cut up. The point of the day is practising enduro on this terrain, not ticking every viewpoint at a touring pace.
El Nido's hinterland is a mix of limestone hills, farm valleys and a long east-facing coast that most visitors only see from a boat. Airport Road is the meeting strip for this tour, close to Lio and the terminal, which is a different pin from the garage stay used on our multi-day loop.
From there the riding moves inland over Ibajay and Dewil, then out to Sibaltan, Ligad and Duli. You spend the day on trails, riverbeds and village tracks rather than the main tourist road, with the last stretch opening onto Duli Beach after the Duli-Dagmay coast.
This tour is for advanced riders. You should already be steady on loose climbs, riverbed rocks and technical single track, and happy standing on the pegs for a full seven-hour day. If you are still learning a manual clutch or have only ridden tarmac, book a scenic or off-road day instead.
Bring a hydration pack. The only kit we specifically ask you to carry is a camelbak or similar, because the day is long and the heat builds once you are off the road. Choose the CRF 150L or CRF 300L when you book if you already know which size fits you better.
The route is chosen for enduro practice, not for a gentle look at El Nido. Danat, Ibajay, Villa Paz and the Duli coast are the kind of ground you come here to ride, and we keep groups to six so the guide can watch how you take the obstacles.
You ride a Honda CRF we maintain for dirt, on a line we have used for years in this corner of Palawan. The day stays focused on terrain. When a crossing or ridge needs a change, we move to an equivalent technical stretch rather than dumping you onto tarmac.
After you meet on El Nido Airport Road, the first block of riding is the Danat Trail and the Ibajay mountain crossing. This is the climb and technical dirt that sets the tone for the day, with obstacles meant for riders who already stand on the pegs.
From Ibajay the line drops toward Imorigue Bay. The pace stays enduro rather than touring, so expect to work the bike through the first couple of hours instead of rolling along a scenic tarmac shortcut.
Dewil Valley opens into rice paddies under limestone, then Ille Cave and the Villa Paz riverbed. This is where water, rock and farm tracks stack up, and where a camelbak earns its place.
Sibaltan mangrove forest and Sibaltan Beach follow. You still ride dirt to reach the sand, so the beach is a break in the texture of the day rather than a photo stop you drive to on tarmac.
The last stretch threads Maranlao, Daracotan Bay, Ligad fishing village and Diapila before the Duli-Dagmay coast. These are small coastal settlements and dirt links, not a highway run back to town.
You finish at Duli Beach after about seven hours and roughly 130 km. The order can shift if a river or ridge is unusable, but you still get an equivalent block of technical coast and village track.
It is a challenging, advanced day. The tour exists to practise enduro on technical obstacles, mountain crossings and riverbed, not to ease beginners around El Nido. You should already be comfortable on dirt for many hours.
If you want beaches and viewpoints at a moderate pace, the scenic highlights day is the better match. The intermediate off-road tour sits between the two if you ride dirt but do not want a full enduro line.
Plan on about seven hours and roughly 130 km. That time includes the named terrain from Danat Trail through to Duli Beach, not seven hours of continuous wide-open throttle.
Stops happen where the ground or the group needs them. The clock can flex if a crossing is high, but the day is still a full enduro outing rather than a half-day taster.
Honda CRF 150L and Honda CRF 300L are the two machines on this tour. Both are dirt bikes set up for this kind of trail. Pick the 300L if you are heavier or taller, or if you already prefer a little more capacity on climbs.
Say which model you want when you book. Live availability for each bike sits in the reservation system.
Meet on El Nido Airport Road, El Nido, 5313. That is a different point from the garage used on the three-day loop, so do not assume you are checking in at Kalye Artisano for this day.
There is no airport pickup on the enduro tour. You make your own way to Airport Road for the start.
A hydration pack or camelbak is the one item we specifically ask you to bring. The day is long and hot once you leave the road, and you will want water on the bike.
Meals are not included, so eat before you arrive or carry a small amount of food you can manage in a pack. Bring your own helmet and boots if you already have a set that fits.
No. First-time manual riders and anyone still getting used to dirt should not book this tour. The obstacles and the mountain crossing are there on purpose.
Start on the scenic highlights day if you want El Nido from a bike without the enduro pitch. We can talk through the off-road tour if you already ride dirt but want a medium day.
Groups run from one rider up to six. That keeps the guide close enough to watch how you take riverbed and climbs, and it stops the line stretching out on single track.
Solo riders are welcome. If you are booking with friends, tell us the number so we can hold the right bikes on the same date.
The booking system lists adult and child rates. Whether a child actually rides depends on their size, their dirt experience, and whether an advanced enduro line is a sensible day for them.
Tell us ages before you confirm. We will not put a child on this route if the terrain is beyond them.
Riverbeds and mountain crossings change with rain. If a named stretch is unusable, we switch to an equivalent technical section so you still get a full enduro day.
The written list of places is the usual line, not a guarantee of every pin in that exact order. Pack for mixed weather and expect the ground to decide some of the turns.
No. Meals and drinks sit outside this day, so eat before you arrive and carry something you can manage in a pack if you want food on the trail.
A hydration pack or camelbak is the item we specifically ask you to bring, because the day is long and the heat builds once you leave the road. Water on the bike matters more than a sit-down lunch stop.
About the centre
El Nido
We'll take you off the beaten path on Palawan, from our home base in El Nido near the northern tip of the island down through Port Barton, San Vicente, and the trails most visitors never reach. Whether you're just learning the clutch or you've been riding for years, we shape the day around your level so you can focus on the views, the beaches, and the jungle tracks.
Our team has been exploring these roads for over a decade. You'll ride well-maintained dirt bikes with an experienced guide, and on multi-day trips a mechanic and support driver stay with the group. Evenings are at comfortable stays we've already scouted, and you can unwind with locally roasted coffee at the cafe when you're back in El Nido.
