Three days in Banja Luka combine an urban dayak, a hill walk, local food and wine, canyon rafting near Krupa na Vrbasu, and two nights in a four-star city hotel. Your driver and guide stay with the group from arrival pickup through the airport transfer on the final morning.
Day one circles the city: pole-pushed dayak on the Vrbas, the Banj Brdo lookout walk, then cevapi and a Jungic winery tasting before the first hotel night. Day two drives to Krupa na Vrbasu for mills and a waterfall on the river, then a guided rafting run with full kit and a skipper through canyon water.
Day three is breakfast and transfer to Banja Luka airport. Hotel nights, rafting equipment, three meals, and city pickup sit inside one package instead of separate reservations you must align yourself.
The shallow urban Vrbas explains the in-town dayak, while rafting uses faster sections a short drive away on the same river system. Krupa na Vrbasu adds historic mills and a waterfall among green hills outside the city limits.
Activities spread between the river in town, the hill above Banja Luka, and the downstream canyon, with each evening back in the city. First-morning pickup time is confirmed when dates are set.
Two consecutive nights are in a four-star hotel in Banja Luka, with the same room after each active day. The property is a city base close to where days one and two start, not a remote riverside lodge.
Hotel name and check-in details are confirmed once your travel dates are fixed. Evenings are in town near cafés and sights; mention twin beds, ground-floor rooms, or other needs when you book.
Travellers must be sixteen or older, confident enough to swim in a buoyancy aid on the rafting day, and happy to walk Banj Brdo and sit in a raft for several hours. Prior rafting experience is not required, and at least two guests must book together.
Day two is the most demanding; disclose back, shoulder, or heart conditions so raft seating or optional jumps can be adjusted. Day three is largely airport transfer after breakfast.
Dayak, Krupa, and rafting already run as separate outings here; this package strings them with hotel nights and transfers so timing is handled in one place. You avoid hoping three independent bookings still line up.
Included are two four-star nights, three local meals, rafting kit, and airport drop-off on the last morning, with the same guide and driver across the three days. Questions and small changes are sorted through one team rather than several operators.
You are collected in Banja Luka and taken to the urban river. After a short brief you sit in a dayak while a pole-man works the shallow channel past bridges and cafes. Later you walk Banj Brdo for a view over the city, then eat cevapi and taste wine at Jungic winery. Night one is the 4-star hotel.
The group leaves town for Krupa na Vrbasu, where mills sit beside a waterfall on a tributary of the Vrbas. After that you raft the canyon stretch with a skipper, helmet, and buoyancy aid. Difficulty mixes quieter water with busier waves. Night two is the same hotel.
After breakfast you are driven to Banja Luka airport. The package ends with that transfer. If your flight is later in the day, ask when you book whether spare time in town can be added; it is not a named extra on the Bokun product.
You should be 16 or over and happy to sit in a dayak, walk Banj Brdo, and paddle a raft the next day. The rafting stretch is the hardest part. Day 1 is a sitting boat ride, a hill walk, food, and wine. Day 3 is mostly a transfer.
No prior rafting is required. If you have a back, shoulder, or heart issue, tell Aleksa when you book. They can adjust seating and skip optional jumps on the river.
Bokun lists a minimum age of 16. Younger guests are not booked on this package because of the rafting day. Monday still requires at least two participants.
If you are travelling with someone close to that age, mention swimming confidence as well. The standalone rafting listing allows age 6; this three-day product does not.
Two nights in a 4-star hotel in Banja Luka are part of the package. Bokun does not name the hotel in advance. You will get the property once the team confirm your dates.
Rooms are in the city, which keeps Day 1 and Day 2 starts short. Do not assume a riverside lodge. If you need twin beds or a ground-floor room, say so when you book.
Local meals are included three times across the trip. Day 1 typically covers cevapi and a tasting at Jungic winery. Other meals and drinks stay with you unless the team add them when they confirm.
Tell them about allergies and vegetarian needs at checkout. Banja Luka handles meat well; they still need notice if you do not eat it.
Day 1 is a dayak on the urban Vrbas, a walk on Banj Brdo, then food and wine, with the first hotel night. Day 2 is Krupa na Vrbasu and rafting, then a second hotel night. Day 3 is a transfer to Banja Luka airport.
Kastel and the city sit around the dayak stretch. You are not covering Kozara, Jajce, or Sipovo on this product. Those are separate listings.
The package is mildly weather dependent. Light rain rarely stops the dayak or the hill walk. High water, thunder, or a flooded put-in can move or cancel the rafting day. You will hear that in the morning, not at the raft.
Free cancellation applies up to 48 hours before the scheduled start. Inside that window, talk to Aleksa if the river is the reason. They would rather move the rafting than send a boat out in unsafe water.
Pickup is included from Banja Luka. The meeting point on Bokun is Banja Luka, 78000, with no street. The team usually collect you from the airport, your first hotel, or an agreed city-centre spot.
Once you book they confirm the Day 1 time. Day 3 ends with a transfer to Banja Luka airport. Getting yourself into Banja Luka before that first pickup stays with you if you arrive another way.
Wear clothes you can get wet on Day 2, shoes that stay on in a raft, and walking shoes for Banj Brdo. Bring a towel, sun cream, a spare dry layer, and any medicines you need for three days. Phones go in a waterproof bag on the raft.
Leave jewellery at home if you can. The hotel holds spare bags during the rafting day. Personal expenses stay with you.
Yes. Day 1 is a sitting boat and a hill walk. Day 2 is the physical one. You raft with a skipper, a helmet, and a buoyancy aid. Optional jumps only happen where the guide says the landing is clear.
If you are nervous, say so at the Day 2 briefing. They can seat you in the middle of the raft and keep the pace steady through the easier water as well as the busier waves.
The live price includes pickup, two 4-star hotel nights, three local meals, the dayak, the Banj Brdo walk, Krupa na Vrbasu, rafting kit, a skipper, and the Day 3 airport transfer. You do not hire a helmet or a boat separately.
Personal spending, extra drinks, and meals beyond the three included ones stay outside the price. Group size is a minimum of two and a maximum of 15.
