Add something different to your time in Glasgow with a 160ft crane bungee jump set beside the River Clyde. Take in views over the city, Glasgow Harbour and the award-winning Riverside Museum before taking the leap. Choose from a solo jump, go Forwards And Backwards (FAB), or share the moment with a tandem jump — all offering their own take on this unforgettable experience.
August - 8th & 9th
October - 3rd & 4th
Upon arrival at the Riverside Museum site, you’ll be welcomed by the event team and checked in. After registration, you’ll be given a full safety briefing covering everything from harness fitting to what to expect during the jump. The instructors will walk you through the process and be on hand for any last-minute questions. Once you’ve been securely harnessed and your jump type confirmed, you’ll make your way to the jump crane.
The cage is slowly lifted 160ft above ground, giving you time to take in sweeping views of the River Clyde, the architectural lines of the Riverside Museum and the edge of Glasgow Harbour. The FAB jump gives a backward twist to the traditional bungee, while tandem jumping means you can experience the adrenaline with a friend or partner. Once at full height, the countdown begins — and the jump is yours to take. You’ll be winched back down to the ground and guided out of the harness, with the option to buy media footage or a jump certificate as a keepsake.
This bungee jump takes place directly at the Riverside Museum, located at 100 Pointhouse Place, G3 8RS — a short 10-minute drive from Glasgow city centre. It’s easily reached by bus or train, with regular links from Glasgow Central and Queen Street stations. The museum itself is known for its distinctive design and large displays of transport and technology.
The jump is positioned just outside the museum, offering impressive views from the top of the jump crane. You’ll see the River Clyde flowing below, the historic Tall Ship moored alongside the museum, and the mix of urban and waterfront landscapes that make this spot so unique. It’s a great place to meet family and friends before or after your jump, with food options and attractions nearby.
Participants must be in good general health and physically able to complete the jump. You will need to be free from conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, back or spinal injuries, and heart conditions. A full medical declaration must be signed on the day.
The minimum age is 14. If you’re under 16, a parent or guardian must accompany you and sign consent in person. Weight limits and other restrictions apply and are provided with your booking confirmation.
The bungee jumping team behind this event has been delivering UK-wide experiences since 1992, with a strong focus on safety, professionalism, and making your jump memorable. Glasgow is one of their signature urban locations — chosen for its accessibility and dramatic setting. Every event is staffed by experienced jump masters and qualified instructors who have supported thousands of first-time and returning jumpers.
With the added backdrop of one of Scotland’s most recognisable waterfronts, plus options to jump solo, FAB or tandem, this site offers a high-energy experience without needing to leave the city. You're in good hands with a team that brings more than 30 years of bungee expertise to every single jump.
