Hi, I’m Michael. I’ve been a cycling coach since 2012 when I set up my business. I’m a keen multi-discipline bike racer and take a rider centred approach to coaching.
I’ve raced gravity mountain bike events across the UK which have pushed my technical ability. And I’ve been able to bring to life what I’ve learned through my mountain bike skills coaching.
I've raced MTB XC, Cyclocross, Road & TT, gaining results in elite level races. Through my own committed fitness training, I’ve helped clients get fitter, improve their skills and fulfil their own biking ambitions. I coach riders on a 1-1 basis delivering tailored training programmes & strength sessions to build fitness.
