Our SUP Yoga sessions are scheduled around high tide and safe water conditions.

Each class includes:

No prior experience in yoga or paddleboarding is necessary for our SUP Yoga classes. They are suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Our instructor, Jessie, tailors the session to accommodate everyone, focusing on foundational postures and balance techniques that are perfect for beginners, while also offering more challenging poses for those with more experience.

For your SUP Yoga class, please bring comfortable swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, and water for hydration. We provide all the necessary equipment, including the SUP board, paddle, and safety gear. You might also want to bring a change of clothes for after the session.

Safety is our top priority. All classes begin with a safety briefing and basic paddleboarding instruction. Our SUP boards are stable and suitable for yoga practice. Jessie, a qualified instructor, is always attentive to the needs of each participant, ensuring that everyone feels secure and confident throughout the session. Additionally, we schedule our classes around high tide and safe water conditions to ensure the best possible experience.

Each SUP Yoga class lasts approximately 1.5 hours. The session starts with a brief on-land warm-up, followed by a paddle out to a calm area where the yoga practice takes place. The class includes a mix of traditional yoga poses adapted for the paddleboard, focusing on balance, strength, and relaxation. The session ends with a peaceful cool-down period, allowing you to enjoy the serene surroundings.

  2. The centre will accept your booking, usually within an hour or two.
  3. Pay for the booking to confirm it.

  • You can cancel until 5 days before yoru booking for a full refund
  • If you cancel after that, you’ll pay 50% up to 48 hours beforehand and the full amount after 48 hours

  • To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 14 days before their booking
  • If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before your booking, you’ll pay 50% of the cost
  • If you cancel less than 7 days before the booking starts, you’ll pay the full amount

Strict

  • To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 30 days before your booking
  • If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before your booking, you’ll pay 50% of the cost
