For children aged 8 and above eager to start their scuba diving journey, the opportunity to become a PADI Seal Team member is an exciting introduction to the underwater world. This programme provides a safe and enjoyable way for young participants to learn the basics of scuba diving while engaging in fun underwater activities and games. With the guidance of certified instructors, children will gain essential skills and build confidence in their abilities, all while making friends in small groups.
The PADI Seal Team programme is divided into two parts, allowing children to gradually acquire essential diving skills. The first part comprises AquaMissions 1–5, where participants learn fundamental skills such as underwater breathing, clearing a mask, recovering a regulator, and experiencing weightlessness. Each session lasts approximately one hour, providing ample time for hands-on practice and interaction with instructors.
The second part includes 10 specialty AquaMissions that introduce more advanced concepts, such as creature identification, search and recovery diving, and skin diving. Successfully completing these missions not only enhances their skills but also earns them the prestigious title of PADI Master Seal Team Member, recognising them as part of a select group of young divers.
Training sessions take place in various pool locations across South East London, Kent, Surrey, Berkshire, and Brighton. Each venue is equipped to provide a safe and controlled environment for children to learn and practice their scuba diving skills.
To participate, children must be at least 8 years old and comfortable in the water. No prior scuba diving experience is required, making this course an excellent entry point for aspiring divers.
The maximum depth during pool sessions will range between 2 to 4 metres, depending on the specific pool location.
Choosing our centre for your child's scuba diving training ensures they receive top-notch instruction from certified PADI professionals who are passionate about teaching and safety. We maintain small group sizes of up to six children, allowing for personalised attention and fostering a supportive environment.
Our programme not only equips children with essential diving skills but also instils a sense of adventure and teamwork. We are committed to making each session enjoyable and memorable, setting the stage for a lifelong love of diving.

Having not dived for 5 years I was worried that I did not know how to set up the kit and do the dive basics. This course was perfect. I was able to ask all the questions I wanted and the instructor was calm and positive. I completed the course…
