Dive Locations

We conduct dives in various locations, such as confined water swimming pools, the sea, and a quarry. The choice of location depends on weather and water conditions, ensuring the best possible experience for our divers. The dive sites offer a range of experiences, from exploring wrecks to spotting seals and dolphins. Here is an overview of our favourite dive sites:

  • Millshore: Suitable for novices, featuring an 8m/26ft depth with a sandy, rocky base and easy beach entry/exit.
  • Rosehearty: Ideal for beginners, offering a depth of up to 22m/72ft. It’s a rocky site enriched with gullies and swim-throughs, with beach access.
  • Cove Harbour/Cove Bay: Designed for novices with a 14m/45ft depth. This site showcases the ‘countess of Aberdeen’ wreck, with options for beach or harbour wall entry.
  • Boddem Lighthouse (Buchan Ness lighthouse): Suitable for novices, this site plunges to a depth of 23m/75ft (extending to 25m/82ft). It’s characterized by the Einar wreck, gullies, and a captivating arch.
  • Boddem Quarry: Tailored for novice divers, with depths apt for PADI Advanced Open Water. The sheltered location has variable depths, featuring intriguing attractions like a checker’s board and an underwater ice cream van.
