Your adventure day will be customised to suit the group's experience and preferences, whether you opt for a Grade 1 or Grade 2 route. Grade 1 days focus on non-technical walking, with the main challenge being navigation, particularly in poor weather conditions. Grade 2 days involve rockier and more exposed ground, providing a more demanding experience and requiring a higher level of fitness and concentration.

Moderate to good fitness is required for both Grade 1 and Grade 2 routes. Grade 2 routes, in particular, demand a higher level of stamina and concentration.
Minimum age is 12 for Grade 1/2 days. For Grade 3 or winter skills days, participants must be at least 16. Under-18s must be accompanied by an adult.
Some equipment for winter skills and navigation training can be provided, but clients are encouraged to use gear they are familiar with.
