Yes, after completing the course, you will receive 30 days of post-course support. This includes the ability to contact your coach for advice and tips. We also provide an action plan tailored to your skill level, which you can use to continue improving your mountain biking skills. Additionally, we encourage participants to keep practicing and consider joining our intermediate courses for further skill development, which you can book on adventuro.

The age limit for the Beginners Mountain Biking Course is set at 18 years and over. This requirement ensures that participants have the necessary maturity and physical capabilities to engage safely and effectively in the training. However, for individuals under 18 who are interested in mountain biking, there is a specialised option: a one-to-one hour course designed to cater to younger riders, providing them with the appropriate level of instruction and supervision. This approach allows younger enthusiasts to learn and enjoy mountain biking in a safe and suitable environment tailored to their needs. You can book this at the bottom of the page.
