Is axe throwing safe?

Yes. You throw one at a time in a caged lane, follow clear rules and instructions, and a coach runs the session throughout.

Do I need to be strong?

No. It is all in the technique and timing of the release. People who try to muscle it usually do worse.

Do I need experience?

None. The coach teaches you the throw, and most people are sticking axes within a few attempts.

Comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes. Avoid open sandals.

What age can you start?

Usually older teens and adults, with minimum ages set by the venue. Check the specific session.
