### What happens when we arrive to hire an e-bike?

Upon arrival, you'll receive detailed information about your chosen route, including key stops and activities. We will demonstrate how to operate the electric bike and allow you to test ride it to ensure you're comfortable. After a photo to remember your adventure, we will provide a safety briefing highlighting important areas to be cautious of before you start your journey.

### What happens if I get a puncture?

Our e-bikes are equipped with puncture-proof tyres and sealant. However, in the rare event of a puncture, please call the emergency number provided for assistance.

### What happens if I run out of battery?

The e-bikes comes with a 50 mile range battery so you don't need to worry. If something happens, you can always call us on the emergency number provided.

### What if I get lost?

We recommend texting us your location periodically so we can track your progress along the route. Additionally, most of the time, we can assist by enabling geolocation on your phone. Reception has significantly improved in the past four years. If you're concerned or running late (after 3pm), feel free to call us. We can provide shortcuts and are ready to assist if needed.

### Do I need to be experienced with electric bikes?

No prior experience with electric bikes is required. Our e-bikes are easy to use and make cycling through the countryside enjoyable, even for beginners. Before your tour, we’ll provide a brief introduction on how to use the bike.
