No, our tours are suitable for both beginners and experienced kayakers. Our qualified instructors provide guidance and support throughout the journey. ### What should I bring with me for the tour? We recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat, a water bottle, and suitable clothing that you don't mind getting wet. ### Are children allowed on the tour? Yes, children aged 4 and above are welcome to join the tour. For children under 8, a double kayak must be booked with an adult. ### When are you open? Our centre is open every day from April -the end of October subject to demand and the weather. ### What’s Included? We don’t charge extra for things you need for each booking. So wetsuits are available to all who want to use them. Buoyancy aids are compulsory so of course you get one of those. All our kayaks come with back supports. We have a small selection of wetsuit shoes for those who forget, but as this is a more personal thing we suggest you bring your own enclosed toe type of shoe that can get wet. The use of all kit is included with each lesson. ### Can I bring my dog? We are happy for well behaved dogs to accompany you as long as the equipment comes back in the same condition. It is not possible to bring dogs on lessons or tours. ### Do you have parking reserved for customers? Unfortunately, we don’t. A large council-owned car park in Mudeford Quay is payable by the hour. Please note that the car park can be very busy during peak season and at the weekends, so please allow plenty of time before your lesson. ### What do we need to do before going on the water? All users must read, understand and sign a waiver form prior to use. This will be found in your booking email. And as per your agreement, you must follow instructions given by the team.
