### What are the group sizes?

1-6 A minimum of 2 people must book for a session to run. If you'd like to book a 1 to 1, please book 2 people and send us a message using the contact details on your booking confirmation to let us know.

### What happens if the weather is bad?

Due to the changeable weather in Scotland, we reserve the right to change the session location in order for the group to have an enjoyable time.

### Can children attend?

Yes. from age 12 Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

### Do I need prior paddleboarding experience?

This session would best suit some one that has paddle boarded at least once before. We begin with a detailed introduction to basic paddleboarding techniques before moving on to the river. If you're new to the sport, rest assured you'll get plenty of support and guidance throughout the session.
