Our SUP lessons are designed for intermediate paddleboarders It's suitable for all age groups, however, children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. ### What equipment do I need for the SUP Tour? We will provide all necessary SUP equipment including the board, paddle, and safety equipment such as life jackets. You just need to come in comfortable swimwear. ### How long are the SUP Tours? Be prepared for 6 to 8 hours most of this will be on the Island and 3 hours on the water ### Do I need to know how to swim? Yes, even with a life jacket, participants should be comfortable in and around the water. ### What will I see during the SUP Tour? Plenty of nature ### Do you have a cafe?
