How the Course Works The PADI Rescue Diver Course is a two-day programme , run alongside the Emergency First Response (EFR) course . Day 1 & 2 – Practical Dive Training at Wraysbury Lake Rescue skills training in open water Learn techniques for assisting a tired or panicked diver Respond to an unresponsive diver underwater & at the surface Practice self-rescue techniques & emergency response Explore Wraysbury Lake – a dedicated diver training site Afternoon Sessions – First Aid & CPR Training Emergency First Response (EFR) training (if required) Practice real-life rescue scenarios Complete a short exam to reinforce your knowledge Note: If you do not have a valid CPR/First Aid certification, you will need to complete the EFR course at our centre before certification.
