### What are the group sizes?

A minimum of 2 people must book for a session to run. Maximum is 6 (we can cater bigger groups with 2 months notice) If you'd like to book a 1 to 1, please book 2 people and send us a message using the contact details on your booking confirmation to let us know.

### What happens if the weather is bad?

Due to the changeable weather in Scotland, we reserve the right to change the session location in order for the group to have an enjoyable time. If this isn't suitable we will offer an alternate date or a refund.

### Can children attend?

Yes. Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

### Do I need any prior paddleboarding experience?

No prior experience is needed. This session is designed for complete beginners. Our qualified coach will guide you through the basics, including paddling techniques and standing up on the board. You'll be in a sheltered, safe environment, perfect for learning at your own pace.

### What should I bring to the session?

You’ll need to bring a swimsuit or shorts, a towel, and shoes that you don’t mind getting wet. If you require any personal medication, be sure to pack that too. All other equipment, including the paddleboard, paddle, wetsuit, and buoyancy aid, will be provided.
