If you have any energy left after the session, join your coach Ollie for a 1.5-hour post-session social ride to explore more of the fantastic trails in the Forest of Dean. Location The workshop takes place at the Forest of Dean, specifically at the Cannop Cycle Centre. Meet outside the Pedalabikeaway Cafe for a convenient start to your adventure. ### What should I bring to the workshop?

Please bring your mountain bike, helmet, protective gear, water, and any snacks you might need. It’s also a good idea to wear weather-appropriate clothing. Ensure your bike is in good working condition before the session.

### What if it rains?

Our workshops run rain or shine, as learning to ride in various conditions is beneficial. However, in severe weather conditions, we will reschedule the session for safety reasons. Participants will be notified as early as possible if a rescheduling is necessary.

### Can beginners join this workshop?

This session is designed for riders with some experience. We recommend attending our Fundamentals course first if you’re new to mountain biking.
