The walks to each venue are short and easy. Once in the gorge, we do move at a fairly steady pace (although it can feel quick). A good general level of fitness is recommended. ### Where will the meeting point be? This is flexible and will be to suit you. We often meet clients in Ambleside, or if you’re staying nearby we may arrange to meet at your accommodation. ### Should we bring our own food and drinks? Yes. Please bring at least one litre of water per person and a packed lunch & snacks.
