### Highlights
Five days. New rivers. New skills. One Scottish white water adventure. Join us for five days of exploring Scotland by white water kayak, combining guided river journeys with focused coaching and skills development. Find Your Flow: Scotland is designed for experienced Grade 2 paddlers who are ready to explore more of what Scottish white water has to offer and begin developing towards Grade 3. Rather than following a fixed itinerary, we’ll make the most of the conditions each day, selecting suitable rivers and sections based on water levels, weather and the needs of the group. Across the five days, we’ll work on developing your river reading, boat control, positioning, edging, ferry glides, catching and exiting eddies, breaking into flow and choosing effective lines. As your confidence develops, we’ll introduce more dynamic features and Grade 2(3) challenges where appropriate. The focus isn't simply on getting you down the river. It’s about helping you understand the river, make better decisions and develop the skills and confidence to paddle more independently. With different rivers and environments available across the Highlands, each day offers something different. You might spend one day refining fundamentals on familiar-feeling Grade 2 water before putting those skills into practice on more dynamic sections later in the week. This is a coaching trip for paddlers who already have experience on Grade 2 white water and want to combine progression with the adventure of exploring Scotland. There will be plenty of time to paddle, learn, discuss lines and decisions, and enjoy being out on the water. The exact locations will be chosen according to conditions rather than advertised as a fixed itinerary. This allows us to make the most of Scotland's notoriously changeable weather and river levels while keeping the experience appropriate for the group. Whether your goal is to become a more confident Grade 2 paddler, start tackling Grade 3 features, prepare for future awards or simply spend five days exploring Scottish rivers, Find Your Flow: Scotland is about developing your paddling while enjoying the journey.
