We will help you: Develop your river reading skills Teach you to use the features on the river to your advantage Consolidate your eddy line skills to get the most from every turn Challenge your skills to move up to harder water We offer this course at two different levels: Early Intermediate Course: Initiating on grade 2 waters, such as the River Eden or easier sections of the River Lune, participants gradually progress, potentially advancing to grade 3, contingent on group aptitude and suitability. The progression is closely monitored, ensuring an environment conducive to learning and safety. Course fee: £200 Intermediate Course: Commencing possibly on grade 2 waters, we anticipate a transition to grade 3 on the second day, exploring areas like the grade 2(3) section of the River Leven or the classic section of the River Lune. Please note, adjustments may be necessary depending on water levels. We strive to align you with the most suitable environment, and in rare instances of unsuitable conditions, course postponement may be necessary. Course fee: £200 Participants in this course also have the opportunity to earn one of the new British Canoeing White Water Performance Awards.
