(This is only if none of the following conditions apply) Over 30 days before your Activity: If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the booked date, we will do our best to either move your booking, or offer a refund. However, we may only be able to offer a refund of up to 50%. Under 30 days until Activity: Any cancellations made less than 30 days before your booked date are not eligible for a refund. ### What should I bring?

Please bring with you: Swimwear to wear under your wetsuit Trainers you don't mind getting wet. Please no crocs, flipflops or wetshoes, as these are not appropriate and will fall off! Without propper footwear, you will not be able to take part! Please remember to bring change for the car park We also recommend you bring the following: Rash vest or t shirt to wear under your wetsuit or for the walk down Towel Warm clothing for after the session Bottle of water Suncream

### Can children participate?

Yes, children aged 14 and above can join our Coasteering sessions. We recommend private sessions for families with younger children for a more personalised experience.

### Are there any fitness requirements?

Participants should have a moderate level of fitness and be able to swim. Our sessions are designed to be challenging yet manageable for most fitness levels.

### What happens in bad weather?

We monitor weather conditions closely. Safety is our top priority, so if the weather is unsuitable, we will reschedule your session or offer a refund.

### Where and when should we meet you for the session?

Dancing Ledge and the smaller Headbury Quarry are two wave-cut platforms on the Swanage coast, and this is where we will meet you! The postcode you’ll need to find the car park is BH19 3HG. You’ll turn down Durnford Drove and continue all the way to the end of the road. At the end of the road, you will see a turning space and a small gravel track continuing forward. This track will take you past Langton House on your left and into the National Trust Spyway car park at the end. If the grass overflow car park is open, we suggest you park in there. The car park is a pay and display, you will meet your instructor in this car park. Please arrive 10-15 mins before your session start time. Please keep in mind this is an Adventure Outdoor Activity, there are no toilet or changing facilities on site.
