All lessons take place at Watergate Bay beach, just a minute’s drive from the surf school’s HQ in Newquay Bay Resort and around 10 minutes from Newquay town centre. If conditions require a location change, the team will provide plenty of notice. ### What time should participants arrive? It is recommended to arrive at the surf school 30 minutes before the lesson starts to allow time to change into a wetsuit. During weekends, school holidays, and sunny days, extra time should be allowed for traffic and parking. ### Is parking available at Watergate Bay? Yes, there are several parking options.
