Location Typically, our fundamentals sessions take place within a trail centre such as Nevis Range or Laggan. We will arrange to meet you at a convenient location to the trailhead and provide directions via email. Prerequisites Although you don't need prior mountain biking experience to join our Fundamentals session, we do ask that you organise the following: Suitable helmet and protective equipment Bike in full working order (bring spares like an inner tube, hanger, and brake pads) Sufficient food and water for the day Warm, waterproof, and breathable layers Please note, if you do not have a bike, or if you will not be able to bring it with you, hire is available from our partners upon request.
